CONTRACTING AUTHORITIES. ‌ The EU Delegation to the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and the European Commission Liaison Office to Kosovo will be the Contracting Authorities (CAs). The Contracting Authorities’ responsibilities are, inter alia, the following: ➢ In case of Calls for proposals - Endorsing calls for proposals documentation; - Endorsing composition of joint Steering Committees (when deemed necessary); - Approving the evaluation reports and list of projects; - Sitting in the Joint Monitoring Committee in an advisory capacity; - Signing contracts with grant beneficiaries, including budget revisions (with support provided as appropriate by Operating Structures and JTS). ➢ In case of the 'Joint Strategic project': - Tendering and contracting supply, services and/or works.
