CONTRACTING OFFICER'S TECHNICAL. Representative (COTR) .1 The COTR is responsible for general administration of the contract and advising the CCO as to the Contractor’s compliance or noncompliance with the contract. The COTR has the responsibility for the day-to-day monitoring and supervision of the contract, of ensuring the work conforms to the requirements of the contract and such other responsibilities and authorities as may be specified in writing by the CCO and/or in the contract. These include: .2 Keeping the CCO fully informed of any technical or contractual difficulties encountered during the performance period and advising the CCO of any potential problem areas under the contract; .3 Coordinating site entry for Contractor personnel, if applicable;
