CONTRACTING OR SUB-CONTRACTING. The employer shall not contract or sub-contract any work, that is normally performed by the Association, that would cause a reduction of a member’s regularly scheduled work hours. The employer retains the right to contract or sub-contract work which cannot be performed during the regular work schedule or for which equipment and/or material is unavailable to attain the desired quality.
