CONTRACTOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - OPERATIONS. CONTRACTOR shall perform the duties and accept the responsibilities set forth below in connection with its operation of SAGE STAGE. The omission of a duty or responsibility herein below shall not relieve CONTRACTOR of its obligation to perform such duty or accept such responsibility, so long as it is usual, customary and generally accepted within the public transportation industry as being an integral element of operating a route deviation and demand responsive public transportation system of a kind and character such as SAGE STAGE.
