COUNTY hereby recognizes that Tyco International merged with SimplexGrinnell LP, and as part of the reorganization, Tyco changed its name to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Controls and SimplexGrinnell LP changed its name to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Controls Fire Protection LP.
