Contractor Office and Hours of Operation. 12.6.1 Contractor shall maintain an office with a telephone in the company’s name where Contractor conducts business. The office shall be staffed at a minimum during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, excluding County holidays, by at least one employee who can respond to inquiries and complaints which may be received about the Contractor’s performance of the Contract.
