Contractor Quality Control Program (CQCP). The Contractor shall describe the CQCP in a written document that shall be reviewed and approved by the RPR prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written CQCP shall be submitted to the RPR for review and approval at least 10 calendar days before the CQCP Workshop. The Contractor’s CQCP and QC testing laboratory must be approved in writing by the RPR prior to the Notice to Proceed (NTP). 1. QC organization and resumes of key staff 2.
