Common use of Contractor to Complete on Time Clause in Contracts

Contractor to Complete on Time. Subject to extended time granted pursuant to Clause 32.6(b)(ii), the Contractor shall complete the Works within theTime or Times for Completion stated in (in order of priority): (a) the Letter of Award; or (b) the Appendix; or (c) elsewhere in the Contract Documents; as the case may be.
