Contractor to Construct the Works. 10.1 The Contractor shall construct, install and maintain the Works in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings as specified in the Contract Data. 10.2 In the case of any class of work for which there is no such specification as is mentioned in Contract Data, such work shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions and requirement of the Engineer-in-charge. 10.3 The contractor shall supply and take upon himself the entire responsibility of the sufficiency of the scaffolding, timbering, machinery, tools and implements, and generally of all means used for the fulfilment of this contract whether such means may or may not be approved or recommended by the Engineer.
