Contractor to Prepare Enabling Works Plan. The Contractor must prepare an Enabling Works Plan for approval by the Principal on or before the Commencement Date which: (a) describes all Enabling Works necessary to be completed by the Contractor; and (b) specifies to the reasonable satisfaction of the Principal, the processes that the Contractor will put in place in order to complete such works.
