CONTRACTOR’S AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS. Contractor shall provide the products/services through its Authorized Distributors. For purposes of this Master Agreement and Participating Addendum, Contractor’s Authorized Distributors for the State of Washington are those firms listed in the Pricing & Ordering document on the Master Contract portal page. Contractor shall ensure that each of its Authorized Distributors perform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Master Agreement and this Participating Addendum.
