Contractor’s Books and Records. 25.1 Maintenance during Term Contractor shall maintain any and all ledgers, books of account, invoices, vouchers, canceled checks, and other documents evidencing or relating to charges for services, or expenditures and disbursements charged to City for a minimum period of four (4) years, or for any longer period required by law, from the date of final payment to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement. 25.2 Maintenance after Term Contractor shall maintain all documents which demonstrate performance under this Agreement for a minimum period of four (4) years, or for any longer period required by law, from the date of termination or completion of this Agreement.
