Contractor's Continuing Obligations Clause Samples

The "Contractor's Continuing Obligations" clause defines the contractor's responsibility to fulfill certain duties even after the main contract work is completed or the contract is terminated. Typically, this includes obligations such as warranty repairs, confidentiality, indemnification, or the rectification of defects discovered post-completion. By specifying these ongoing responsibilities, the clause ensures that the contractor remains accountable for key aspects of their work beyond the contract's end, thereby protecting the client from unresolved issues or liabilities that may arise later.
