Contractor’s Customer Billing Responsibilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for all billing functions related to the collection services required under this Contract. All Single-family Residence Customers shall be billed every-other-month or quarterly, and Multifamily Complex and Commercial Customers shall be billed monthly. In no case shall a Customer’s invoice be past due prior to the receipt of all services covered by the billing period. The Contractor’s billing cycle parameters include, but are not limited to the service period, invoice date, due date, late fee date, reminder date(s), Container removal and stop-service date. The City reserves the right to review and provide feedback on the bill template used by the Contractor as to format and design to ensure Customer satisfaction. The Contractor shall evaluate and may incorporate the City’s recommendations in good faith. Billing and accounting costs associated with Customer invoicing, including credit card fees, shall be borne by the Contractor, and are included in the service fees in Exhibit B. The Contractor may bill to Customers late payments and “non-sufficient funds” check charges, as well as the costs of bad debt collection, under policies and amounts that have been previously approved in writing by the City. The Contractor shall offer paperless billing, including an autopay/electronic notification function that allows Customer to set up autopay and receive an e-mail or text notification of the amount and draw date of the payment, without requiring the Customer to navigate to the Contractor’s website to obtain that information. Customers may temporarily suspend collection services due to vacations or other reasons for as long and as often as desired in two (2) week increments and be billed pro-rata for actual services received. The Contractor may charge an extended vacation hold/standby fee as listed in Exhibit B instead of retrieving Carts for those Customers who request a vacation hold greater than one month in duration. The Contractor shall be responsible for the following: • Generating combined Garbage, Recyclables, and Compostables collection bills for all Customers; • Generating bills printed double-sided, on at least thirty percent (30%) post-consumer recycled- content paper; • Generating bills that include at a minimum a statement indicating the Customer’s current service level, current charges and payments, appropriate taxes and fees, Customer service contact information and website information; • Generating bills that clearl...

  • Contractor’s Responsibilities Unless stated specifically to the contrary in the tender with full supporting explanations, the contractor will be deemed to have concurred as a practical manufacturer with the design and layout of the works as being sufficient to ensure reliability and safety in operation, freedom from undue stresses and satisfactory performance in all other essentials as a working material.

  • Customer’s Responsibilities 2.1. A properly configured hardware firewall is required for each Customer Location using a persistent connection to the public internet or any private network where there is a potential for unauthorized access. This requirement is Customer’s responsibility. 2.2. Unless you subscribe to the Network and Security Services option known as “Antivirus Service” (or its successor product), Customer will be required to have and maintain in place third party malware and anti-virus protection software, including periodic and routine updates in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, and security for the Customer’s POS System Network, which security includes unique, strong passwords per user, physical security and access control policies. Customer acknowledges and agrees that security and protection of all of its networks, including the Customer POS System Network, and the data and applications on such networks, including protections against unauthorized access, is Customer’s responsibility. Customer acknowledges that, to be effective, malware protection software, system passwords and other security software and hardware components require periodic and routine updates, which Customer must obtain or perform as applicable. Customer agrees to not use or attempt to install remote access software on the Customer POS System Network unless approved by NCR Voyix.

  • Contractor Responsibilities A. The Contractor shall comply with the reporting requirements of Agency. All reports shall be in writing and, when applicable, in the format specified by the Agency. All reports shall be supported by the Contractor’s records. B. Contractor shall cooperate with the Agency in establishing rate for reimbursement purposes. C. Contractor shall transfer a client from one category of care or service to another only with the written approval of the Agency. D. If the Contractor obtains services for any part of this contract from another vendor, the Contractor is responsible for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract and shall give written notification of such to the Agency for approval.

  • Customer Responsibilities Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.

  • Supplier’s Responsibilities 14.1 The Supplier shall supply all the Goods and Related Services included in the Scope of Supply in accordance with GCC Clause 12, and the Delivery and Completion Schedule, as per GCC Clause 13.
