Common use of Contractor’s Insurances Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Insurances. The Contractor must take out and maintain for the Term the following insurance policies: (a) public liability insurance for at least the amount (per event) as specified in the Agreement Details; (b) workers’ compensation insurance as required by Law;‌ (c) motor vehicle insurance (including third party property damage insurance) for the amount set out in the Agreement Details; and (d) any other insurance set out in the Agreement Details, and must provide certificates of currency for such insurance policies to the Principal prior to the Commencement Date, on renewal and otherwise on the Principal’s request.
