Common use of CONTRACTOR’S INVESTIGATION Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S INVESTIGATION. The CONTRACTOR has made an independent investigation and analysis, the results of which are satisfactory to the CONTRACTOR, of the conditions and circumstances surrounding this Agreement, its content and preparation, and the work to be performed by the CONTRACTOR under this Agreement. This Agreement accurately and fairly represents the intentions of the CONTRACTOR, and the CONTRACTOR enters into this Agreement on the basis of that independent investigation and analysis.
