Contractor’s Notification of Change to Certain Contract Provisions. The following changes may be made to this Contract without a written amendment or the Department’s prior approval: a. Cumulative budget transfers that do not exceed 25% among direct cost categories, other than the equipment category, of less than $100,000, provided that the total budget amount is unchanged (This subsection does not apply to contracts funded by funding sources that have different percentage requirements); and b. Change in Contractor’s share of the budget concerning non-DSHS funding other than program income and match, regardless of the amount of the change, provided that in changing the budget, Contractor is not supplanting DSHS funds. Contractor within ten calendar days shall notify in writing the contract manager assigned to the Program Attachment of any change enumerated in this section, but the contract will not be amended.
