Common use of Contractor’s Pollution Liability Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Pollution Liability. Seller shall maintain or cause to be maintained during the construction of the Facility prior to the Commercial Operation Date, Pollution Legal Liability Insurance in the amount of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence and in the aggregate, naming Seller (and Lender if any) as additional named insured.

Contractor’s Pollution Liability. Seller shall maintain or cause to be maintained during the construction of the Facility prior to the Commercial Operation Date, Pollution Legal Liability Insurance in the amount of Two Million Dollars two million dollars ($2,000,000) per occurrence and in the aggregate, naming Seller (and Lender if any) as additional named insured.
