CONTRACTOR'S REPORTING. 2.4.1 Contractor shall directly, or through their Therapist, provide weekly reports listing all active participants, program participation, contact hours, program attendance, sign in sheets, case notes and any other documentation as requested by the Allegan County Community Corrections Manager or supervising Probation/Parole Agent. 2.4.2 Contractor shall notify the ACCC Community Corrections Manager of all schedules or services that deviate from established plans.
