Common use of CONTRACTOR’S REPRESENTATIONS Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S REPRESENTATIONS. All representations and warranties made by the Contractor under this Contract in paragraphs 7 and 8 shall survive the expiration or termination hereof. In addition, the parties hereto acknowledge that pursuant to A.R.S. § 12.510, except as provided in A.R.S. § 12-529, the State is not subject to or barred by any limitations of actions prescribed in A.R.S. Title 12, Chapter 5.
