CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatment. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are the services to provide pond excavation remove the grit from Aeration Basin # 3 and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for three backwash filters located at the City’s Water TreatmentWastewater Treatment Plant. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal the provision of lime sludge services refurbishing one Delroyd gearbox for the City’s Water TreatmentPublic Works Department in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached and made a part of this agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation furnishing and dredging/removal installing a playground; total surface material; shade structure and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentwater (misting) play feature at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are the provision of providing all machinery, tools, apparatus and manpower necessary to provide pond excavation construct a pre-engineered 1440 square foot metal building addition at Facilities Maintenance located at the western end of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and dredging/removal incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and disposal materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentwhich is attached and made a part of this agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. ‌ 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation demolish existing damaged walks, remove paver walks, prune tree roots, remove debris, and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentpour a new concrete sidewalk at River Park. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation the purchase and dredging/removal installation of landscaping and disposal irrigation in the medians of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatment▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road and West Boulevard at Seagate Drive. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are furnishing and installing landscape and irrigation on the Mooring Line Drive medians, from Bowline Drive to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water TreatmentMooring Line Bridge. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. ‌ 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation furnishing and dredging/removal and disposal installing brick pavers services on an as-needed basis, for two years with the option of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmenttwo one-year renewals. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by the CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation generally described as Naples Pier Corrosion Mitigation and dredging/removal may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as EXHIBIT A and disposal made a part of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentthis Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, registration, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) 5 calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, or other directive from the CITY, a qualified licensed professional employee to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER CITY that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNERCITY's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as may be applied to the type of services to be rendered, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which that regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunderthe CONTRACTOR. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER CITY of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER CITY regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNERCITY's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by the CONTRACTOR hereunder, and the CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants sub-consultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph. However, the CONTRACTOR shall comply with the Florida Public Records laws including those requirements set out in ARTICLE FIVE, below.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation mowing of the athletic fields located at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water TreatmentSea Gate Elementary School. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/the removal and disposal of lime sludge services for grit to aeration basin #4 and the City’s Water Treatmentfour primary anoxic tanks at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation install approximately 125 lineal feet of rip-rap along the River Park canals and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatment▇▇▇▇▇▇ River at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal replacement of lime sludge services a 75 horsepower (HP) effluent transfer pump for the City’s Water TreatmentWastewater Treatment Plant reclaimed water system. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by the CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation generally described as Monitoring, Maintenance & Inspection of Fire Sprinkler Systems and dredging/removal may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as EXHIBIT A and disposal made a part of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentthis Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, registration, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) 5 calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, or other directive from the CITY, a qualified licensed professional employee to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER CITY that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNERCITY's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as may be applied to the type of services to be rendered, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunderthe CONTRACTOR. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER CITY of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER CITY regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNERCITY's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by the CONTRACTOR hereunder, and the CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants sub-consultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph. However, the CONTRACTOR shall comply with the Florida Public Records laws including those requirements set out in ARTICLE FIVE, below.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are services related to provide pond excavation furnishing and dredging/removal installing Floritam sod within various public parks, right-of-way and disposal of lime sludge services for medians throughout the City’s Water Treatment. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation mowing of the athletic fields located at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park, Cambier Park and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water TreatmentSea Gate Elementary School. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation the computerized inventory verification and dredging/removal data collection of existing trees, newly planted trees and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentvacant planting sites. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation the construction and dredging/removal installation of two new raw water production ▇▇▇▇▇ and disposal the abandonment of lime sludge services for two existing, failed ▇▇▇▇▇ in the City’s Water TreatmentEast Golden Gate Wellfield. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are services related to provide pond excavation the furnishing of labor, materials, and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services equipment for the City’s Water Treatmentpainting of the River Park Basketball Pavilion and restrooms. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. ‌ 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation furnishing and dredging/removal and disposal installing brick pavers services on an as-needed basis, for two years with the option of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmenttwo one-year renewals. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by the CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation labor, materials and dredging/removal equipment necessary to install landscaping and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentirrigation on ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to 5th Avenue South (U.S. 41). 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal the provision of lime sludge CONTRACTOR providing landscape architectural services for street right-of-way projects and roadway median projects for the City’s Water TreatmentHeart of Naples, in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/the removal and disposal of lime sludge services for grit to aeration basin #4 and the City’s Water Treatmentfour primary anoxic tanks at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation mowing of the athletic fields located at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park, Cambier Park and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water TreatmentSeagate Park. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are provision of CONTRACTOR to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal horticultural debris collection and disposal service to single-family homes and other select locations within the City of lime sludge services for Naples, in accordance with the City’s Water Treatmentspecifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation the provision of hazardous materials spill cleanup for Naples Bay and dredging/removal other City waterways in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatment.incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described in EXHIBIT A. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's Contractor’s project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's Owner’s review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's Owner’s prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's Contractor’s obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants sub consultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are related to provide pond excavation furnishing and dredging/removal installing Supervisory Communication and disposal of lime sludge services Data Acquisition System Upgrades for the City’s Water TreatmentWastewater Treatment Plant. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are the provision of CONTRACTOR to provide pond excavation conduct ground water sampling in the vacant area bound by Riverside Circle, Goodlette-Frank Road, Central Avenue, and dredging/removal the Development Services Building, as well as soil sampling in the area South of this site in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and disposal incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentwhich is attached and made a part of this agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are renovations of the irrigation system on U.S. 41 from Orchid Drive to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water TreatmentPine Ridge Road also known as Naplescape. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by the CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation the installation of landscaping and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for irrigation at the City’s Water TreatmentCity Municipal Operations Complex in accordance with the attached Landscape Plan. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal generally described as the design of lime sludge services radiators for the City’s City of Naples Water TreatmentTreatment Plant, and may be more fully described in the Scope of Services, attached as EXHIBIT A and made a part of this Agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement._ 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) 5 calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, or other directive from the CITY, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement.. Rev. 8/13/08 1 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER CITY that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNERCITY's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as may be applied to the type of services to be rendered, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunderCONTRACTOR. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER CITY of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER CITY regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. The CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNERCITY's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph. However, the CONTRACTOR shall comply with the Florida Public Records laws.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are the services to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for remove the City’s Water Treatment.grit from Aeration Basin # 2 located at the Wastewater Treatment Plant.. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation furnish and dredging/removal install security fencing and disposal of lime sludge services for gates at the City’s Water TreatmentSolana Tank Site and East Naples Tank Site. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation the provision of CONTRACTOR installing street lights on 5th ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; and dredging/removal on 3rd Avenue North and disposal 11th Street North in the area around the new River Park Community Center in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentwhich is attached and made a part of this agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal replacement of lime sludge services a 75 horsepower (HP) effluent transfer pump for the City’s Water TreatmentWastewater Treatment Plant reclaimed water system. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation Insurance Brokerage Services and dredging/removal as further set forth in Exhibit C, "Scope of Services” which is attached hereto and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentincorporated herein. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are services related to provide pond excavation Eagle traffic signal equipment, signal software and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge support services for the Phase II Signal Improvement Project and daily operation and maintenance of the City’s Water Treatmenttraffic signal system. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation Citywide Tree Planting Services and dredging/removal and disposal eight month maintenance program for tree losses sustained as a result of lime sludge services for the City’s Water TreatmentHurricane Charley. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal the provision of lime sludge services CONTRACTOR pouring a concrete base for the City’s Water Treatmentbasketball court at Sea Gate Park in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached and made a part of this agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are related to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal and disposal landscape maintenance, which include a general list of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentmaintenance to be performed in addition to specific maintenance that varies from site to site. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community Center Project in Cambier Park by upgrading electrical service and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentinstalling perimeter street lights. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation and dredging/removal disaster debris removal, reduction and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentresulting from hurricanes or other disasters. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation roadway overlay, street and dredging/removal alley construction, roadway capital improvement projects, and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentmiscellaneous concrete work. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by the CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation the installation of landscaping and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for irrigation at the City’s Water TreatmentCity Municipal Operations Complex in accordance with the attached Landscape Plan. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation furnishing and dredging/removal installing landscaping and disposal of lime sludge services for irrigation in the City’s Water TreatmentU.S. 41 Medians between 7th Avenue North and Goodlette-Frank Road. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation install approximately 125 lineal feet of rip-rap along the River Park canals and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatment▇▇▇▇▇▇ River at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are to provide pond excavation landscape maintenance of all medians and dredging/removal and disposal of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentrights-of-way on Golden Gate Parkway from Airport Road to Goodlette Road. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY. 1.1. The Basic Services to be performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder are the provision of providing electrical services at Sea Gate Park, to provide pond excavation (1)relocate wiring from dugout to cabinet by home plate, (2)relocate three light poles with new wiring, and dredging/removal (3)install lighting at south end of park for security and disposal restroom lighting in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and incorporated herein. CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor and materials as more completely described on Exhibit A, a copy of lime sludge services for the City’s Water Treatmentwhich is attached and made a part of this agreement. 1.2. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses licenses, if any, required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees that, when the services to be provided hereunder relate to a professional service which, under Florida Statutes, requires a license, certificate of authorization or other form of legal entitlement to practice such services, it shall employ and/or retain only qualified personnel to provide such services. 1.4. CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to employ and designate, in writing, within five (5) calendar days after receiving its Notice to Proceed, a qualified licensed professional an individual to serve as the CONTRACTOR's project manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Manager"). The Project Manager shall be authorized and responsible to act on behalf of the CONTRACTOR with respect to directing, coordinating and administering all aspects of the services to be provided and performed under this Agreement. 1.5. The CONTRACTOR has represented to the OWNER that it has expertise in the type of professional services that will be required for the Project. The CONTRACTOR agrees that all services to be provided by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the OWNER's review and approval and shall be in accordance with the generally accepted standards of professional practice in the State of Florida, as well as in accordance with all published laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and requirements of any governmental agencies which regulate or have jurisdiction over the Project or the services to be provided and performed by CONTRACTOR hereunder. In the event of any conflicts in these requirements, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER of such conflict and utilize its best professional judgment to advise OWNER regarding resolution of the conflict. 1.6. CONTRACTOR agrees not to divulge, furnish or make available to any third person, firm or organization, without OWNER's prior written consent, or unless incident to the proper performance of the CONTRACTOR's obligations hereunder, or in the course of judicial or legislative proceedings where such information has been properly subpoenaed, any non-non- public information concerning the services to be rendered by CONTRACTOR hereunder, and CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, agents, subconsultants and subcontractors to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.

The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3. The CONTRACTOR agrees to obtain and maintain throughout the period of this Agreement all such licenses as are required to do business in the State of Florida, the City of Naples, and in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Collier County, Florida, including, but not limited to, all licenses required by the respective state boards and other governmental agencies responsible for regulating and licensing the professional services to be provided and performed by the CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement. 1.3.
