Common use of Contractor’s Safety Program Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Safety Program. Each Contractor who will perform work at the site be responsible for the job safety program. The safety program, in addition to normal legislative requirements of a safe program, will address the additional requirements to provide for the safety of anyone using the school site, to separate the construction area from the remaining school property, and to prohibit the use of school facilities by Contractor’s employees unless specifically permitted otherwise.
