Common use of Contractor’s Team Clause in Contracts

Contractor’s Team. ‌ 1) The Contractor employs and makes available the resources proposed in Task Order as a minimum. The Contractor also employs any additional resource that may be reasonably required to Provide the Services. The Contractor provides, and maintains an up to date organogram showing the resources employed Providing the Services. 2) The Contractor does not remove or replace any member of the Contractor’s team, other than with the express permission of the Employer. 3) For the avoidance of doubt, the Contractor’s team is composed of the Contractor resources declared in the Task Order and any declared subcontractors. 4) Nothing in this item shall override conditions of contract clauses 21.2 and 21.3.
