Common use of CONTRACTOR’S WARRANTY OF ADHERENCE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTOR’S WARRANTY OF ADHERENCE. TO COUNTY'S CHILD SUPPORT COMPLIANCE PROGRAM‌ 8.14.1 Subrecipient (that is, "Contractor") acknowledges that County has established a goal of ensuring that all individuals who benefit financially from County through contracts are in compliance with their court-ordered child, family and spousal support obligations in order to mitigate the economic burden otherwise imposed upon County of Los Angeles and its taxpayers. 8.14.2 As required by County's Child Support Compliance Program (Los Angeles County Code Chapter 2.200) and without limiting Contractor's duty under this Subaward (that is, "Contract") to comply with all applicable provisions of law, Contractor warrants that it is now in compliance and shall during the term of this Contract maintain compliance with employment and wage reporting requirements as required by the Social Security Act (Title 42 United States Code Section 653(a)) and California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.5, and shall implement all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Withholding Orders or Child Support Services Department Notices of Wage and Earnings Assignment for Child, Family or Spousal Support, pursuant to the California Code of Civil Procedure Section 706.031 and the California Family Code Section 5246(b).

TO COUNTY'S CHILD SUPPORT COMPLIANCE PROGRAM‌PROGRAM 8.14.1 Subrecipient (that is, "Contractor") 12.10.1 Contractor acknowledges that County has established a goal of ensuring that all individuals who benefit financially from County through County contracts are in compliance with their court-court- ordered child, family family, and spousal support obligations in order to mitigate the economic burden otherwise imposed upon County of Los Angeles and its taxpayers. 8.14.2 12.10.2 As required by County's Child Support Compliance Program (Los Angeles County Code Chapter 2.200) and without limiting Contractor's duty under this Subaward (that is, "Contract") MOU to comply with all applicable provisions of law, Contractor warrants that it is now in compliance and shall shall, during the term of this Contract MOU, maintain compliance with employment and wage reporting requirements as required by the Federal Social Security Act (Title 42 United States Code USC Section 653(a)653a) and California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.51088.55, and shall implement all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Withholding Orders or of Child Support Services Department (“CSSD”) Notices of Wage and Earnings Assignment for Child, Family Family, or Spousal Support, pursuant to the California Code of Civil Procedure Section 706.031 and the California Family Code Section 5246(b).
