Common use of Contracts and Other Collateral Clause in Contracts

The Debtors shall perform all of its obligations under or with respect to each instrument, receivable, contract and other intangible included in the Pledged Property to which the Debtors are now or hereafter will be party on a timely basis and in the manner therein required, including, without limitation, this Agreement.
