Contracts Beyond. the Current ITA Where the term of an individual ITA Engagement Contract extends beyond the end of the current ITA, such individual contract shall remain in force until completed or terminated according to the provisions of the ITA. Any individual ITA Engagement Contract which begins after the expiry of the ITA shall be considered null and void, unless a new Agreement is in place, or Equity has extended the ITA. When a new Agreement is in place, all individual ITA Engagement Contracts shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the new Agreement as of the date when the new Agreement comes into effect.
