Common use of Contracts Covered Clause in Contracts

Contracts Covered. For purposes of this Article IX, any contract, agreement, arrangement or transaction with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries shall be deemed to be a contract, agreement, arrangement or transaction with the Corporation.

Contracts Covered. For purposes of this Article IXVII, any contract, agreement, arrangement or transaction with the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries Controlled Affiliates shall be deemed to be a contract, agreement, arrangement or transaction with the Corporation.
