Common use of Contracts in Force Clause in Contracts

Contracts in Force. Each of the agreements related to ------------------ the Operating Business are valid and binding and in full force and effect, enforceable against the parties thereto in accordance with its terms (except as enforcement may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency or other laws affecting enforcement of creditors' rights generally and general equitable principles). To ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ knowledge, no other party to any of the contracts being transferred pursuant to this Agreement is in default under such contract in any material respect. The contracts being transferred pursuant to this Agreement constitute all of the agreements which are related to the Operating Business.
