Contracts procured on basis of international competitive tendering shall not be subject to reservations to specific groups as provided in ITT 32.5. 32.5 Where it is intended to reserve a contract to a specific group of businesses (these groups are Small and Medium Enterprises, Women Enterprises, Youth Enterprises and Enterprises of persons living with disability, as the case may be), and who are appropriately registered as such by the authority to be specified in the TDS, a procuring entity shall ensure that the invitation to tender specifically indicates that only businesses or firms belonging to the specified group are eligible to tender as specified in the TDS. No tender shall be reserved to more than one group. If not so stated in the Tender documents, the invitation to tender will be open to all interested tenderers.
