Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act Cap. 53B): A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce or enjoy any term of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Forthavens shall be deemed to have entered into a valid and binding contract with the Resident on the terms herein and each shall be entitled to enforce the relevant terms accordingly. 1. The Management reserves the right to turn away trespassers or undesirable persons who are in any way creating or may create a nuisance or posing or may pose a threat to the safety of other occupants of the Building.
