Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act Cap. 53B): A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce or enjoy any term of this Agreement. The Management reserves the right to turn away trespassers or undesirable persons who are in any way creating or may create a nuisance or posing or may pose a threat to the safety of other occupants of the Building.
