Contracts with Project Architect and the Project Engineers. Development Manager shall negotiate on Owner’s behalf (for approval and execution by Owner) and advise Owner with respect to service contracts, including, but not limited to, contracts with the Project Team and other consultants, if any, as are necessary or appropriate in order to construct the Project.
