Common use of CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. A unit member granted sabbatical leave without pay shall enter into a separate written contract by which they agree to return to service in MCPS for at least a one-year period immediately following the termination of the leave. If the unit member fails to return and remain in service for at least one year, they shall refund any monies paid to them or on their behalf by the Board on a prorated basis according to time served.
