Contractual Capacity. You confirm that you have full contractual capacity to enter into the Contract.

Contractual Capacity. The Employee hereby represents and warrants that the Employee has the full legal capacity to sign and be bound by this Contract. Neither the signing of this Contract nor the performance of any duties thereunder by the Employee constitutes or will constitute a default by the Employee under other employment contract or agreement executed with any employer other than the Company which is binding upon the Employee, or a violation of any document of other companies, organizations or entity binding on him/her.

Contractual Capacity. Employee acknowledges that Employee has entered into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily. Employee acknowledges that Employee has read and understands this Agreement, that Terra Nova has encouraged Employee to seek assistance of independent legal counsel prior to executing this Agreement, and that Employee has been given at least twenty-one (21) days from receipt of this Agreement to review it prior to execution. This Agreement is revocable by Employee for seven (7) days following its signed submission from Employee to Terra Nova.

Contractual Capacity. The parties agree that each has entered into this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily with an understanding of its ramifications. Consultant represents and agrees that he has read this Agreement and understands it and that, except as stated herein, no promise or inducement has been offered for this Agreement. Consultant further represents and acknowledges that he has been advised in writing by the Company through this Agreement that he should consult with an attorney prior to signing this Agreement, that he has had a period of 21 days to consider this Agreement prior to executing it, and that he has in fact consulted with his own attorney who has negotiated this Agreement on his behalf.
