Common use of CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENT. Breach: This Contractor’s Agreement along with the Site Environmental Management plan (SEMP) forms part of the induction package and is a contract between the homeowner, the contractor and the “THE ASSOCIATION”. This contract is valid for the entire duration of the building period until the completion certificate for the house is issued by the “THE ASSOCIATION”. All contractors are required to submit a Site Environmental Management Plan (SEMP)
