Common use of Contractual Fee Clause in Contracts

Contractual Fee. ‌ The "Contractual Fee" comprises the fee negotiated between the Artist and Theatre for an engagement (which shall not be less than the applicable minimum fee) specified on the face of the contract and all benefits arising from the ITA, as well as Additional Duty Fees and any other amounts so defined. For the purpose of Clauses 35:02(D), 35:02(E), 35:03(C), and 58:16(B) only, "Contractual Fee" shall be limited to the fee specified on the face of the contract.
