Common use of Contractual Obligation Clause in Contracts

Contractual Obligation. The term "Contractual Obligation" shall mean, with respect to any Person, any contract, agreement, deed, mortgage, lease, license, indenture, commitment, undertaking, arrangement or understanding, written or oral, or other document or instrument, including, without limitation, any document or instrument evidencing or otherwise relating to any indebtedness but excluding the Charter and By-laws of such Person, to which or by which such Person is a party or otherwise subject or bound or to which or by which any property or right of such Person is subject or bound.

Contractual Obligation. The term "Contractual Obligation" ---------------------- shall mean, with respect to any Person, any material contract, agreement, deed, mortgage, lease, license, indenture, commitmentnote, undertaking, arrangement or understanding, written or oralbond, or other material document or instrument, instrument (including, without limitation, any material document or instrument evidencing or otherwise relating to any indebtedness but excluding the Charter and By-laws of such Person, ) to which or by which such Person is a party or otherwise subject or bound or to which or by which any property or right of such Person is subject or legally bound.

Contractual Obligation. The term "Contractual Obligation" Obligation shall mean, with respect to any Person, any contract, agreement, deed, mortgage, lease, sublease, license, indenture, Guarantee, commitment, undertaking, arrangement undertaking or understandingarrangement, written or oral, or other consensual document or instrument, including, without limitation, any document or instrument evidencing or otherwise relating to any indebtedness but excluding the Charter and By-laws of such Person, to which or by which such Person is a party or otherwise subject or bound or to which or by which any property or right of such Person is subject or bound.

Contractual Obligation. The term "“Contractual Obligation" ” of any Entity shall mean, with respect to any Personindenture, any contractnote, lease, loan agreement, deedsecurity, deed of trust, mortgage, leasesecurity agreement, licenseguaranty, indentureinstrument, commitmentcontract, undertaking, arrangement or understanding, written or oral, agreement or other document form of contractual obligation or instrument, including, without limitation, any document or instrument evidencing or otherwise relating to any indebtedness but excluding the Charter and By-laws of such Person, undertaking to which such Entity is a party or by which such Person Entity or any of its property is a party or otherwise subject or bound or to which or by which any property or right of such Person is subject or bound.

Contractual Obligation.
