Common use of Contractual Period Clause in Contracts

Contractual Period. The period during which the natural gas shall be supplied by the Seller and accepted by the Buyer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement is the period from the beginning of Gas Day February 1, 2025 to the end of Gas Day December 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).

Contractual Period. The period during which the natural gas shall be supplied by the Seller and accepted taken over by the Buyer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement herein is the period from the beginning of Gas Day February October 1, 2025 2023 to the end of Gas Day December 31, 2025 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractual Period”).
