Contractual Relations. A. JUST CAUSE – ANCILLARY STAFF 1. No ancillary staff shall be disciplined, reprimanded, or reduced in compensation without just cause 2. Schedule B is an annual assignment. Bargaining unit employees not renewed for Schedule B positions shall, upon request, be provided with written reasons for the denial of the position and shall have the right to add a written response. The failure to reemploy any employee to a Schedule B position or other assigned responsibilities outside the school day is not arbitrable. B. LETTERS OF INTENT 1.
