Contractual Relationship. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating an employer/employee relationship, a partnership, a joint venture or joint obligations between the Parties. Each party retains the right to conduct its business as it sees fit. The Parties shall, at all times, be deemed independent contractors/entities.
