Contractual Specification Sample Clauses

A Contractual Specification clause defines the precise technical or performance requirements that goods, services, or works must meet under the contract. This clause typically outlines standards, measurements, materials, or methods to be used, and may reference external documents or industry norms to clarify expectations. By clearly detailing what is required, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of deliverables, reducing the risk of disputes over quality or compliance.
