Common use of Contrary Provisions Clause in Contracts

Contrary Provisions. A. If any provisions of this Agreement shall be found to be contrary to law, then this provision shall be deemed invalid except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect. B. If a program either proposed or established through the school improvement process is found to be contrary to the provisions of this agreement, the issue will be referred to the continuing contract committee.
