Common use of Contribution of Additional Information Clause in Contracts

Contribution of Additional Information. In addition to the provision of Data or Confidential Information that is required to be provided in accordance with another specific provision of this Agreement, Participant will not unreasonably refuse to provide CRISP with additional Data, Confidential Information or other information which is reasonably required for operation of the HIE, upon request and subject to Applicable Law, as specified in the Policies and Procedures (collectively, information not specified in another specific provision of this Agreement is “Additional Information”).
