Common use of Contribution of Contributed Interests Clause in Contracts

Contribution of Contributed Interests. On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein, Contributor shall contribute to SEP, and SEP shall accept from Contributor, the Contributed Interests, free and clear of all Encumbrances (other than those arising pursuant to the Organizational Documents of the Companies, this Agreement or applicable securities Laws or resulting from actions of SEP or any of its Affiliates).
