Common use of Contribution of Interests Clause in Contracts

Contribution of Interests. The Contributing Party hereby contributes, assigns, transfers and conveys all of the Contributing Party’s right, title and interest in and to all of the Interests held by the Contributing Party, and the Company hereby accepts and assumes, all of such Contributing Party’s right, title and interest in and to such Interests.

Contribution of Interests. The Contributing Party hereby contributes, assigns, transfers and conveys all of the Contributing Party’s right, title and interest in and to all of the Interests Contributed Interest held by the Contributing Party, and the Company hereby accepts and assumes, all of such Contributing Party’s right, title and interest in and to such InterestsContributed Interest effective immediately after the consummation of the transactions described in that certain Contribution Agreement by and among the Contributing Party, TWIHG and the former members of TWIHG dated as of the date hereof.

The Contributing Party hereby contributes, assigns, transfers and conveys all of the Contributing Party’s right, title and interest in and to all of the Interests Contributed Interest held by the Contributing Party, and the Company hereby accepts and assumes, all of such Contributing Party’s right, title and interest in and to such InterestsContributed Interest effective immediately after the consummation of the transactions described in that certain Contribution Agreement by and among the Contributing Party, Goosehead Management and the former members of Goosehead Management dated as of the date hereof.
