CONTRIBUTIONS AND DEDUCTIONS. All Contributions and Deductions required to be paid by an Employer under Article 18 shall be accompanied by the required report(s) and be paid to the designated Trust Fund by no later than the fifteenth 15th day of the month following the month in which the hours were earned by the Employee. Payment shall be made to the Administrator designated by the Board of Trustees, and at no time will any Contributions or Deductions be paid directly to the Employee.
