Contributions as of the Distribution Date. All contributions payable to the ADP Savings Plan with respect to employee deferrals, matching contributions and any other required contributions for CDK Employees through the Distribution Date shall be paid by ADP to the ADP Savings Plan prior to the date of the cash transfer described in Section 4.1(d) above.
