Common use of Contributions in Property Clause in Contracts

Contributions in Property. The General Partner, at its option, may accept contributions of property in exchange for Units. The Partners agree that, in such cases, gain, loss and depreciation shall be allocated as provided on the date of this Agreement in Section 704(C) (1) of the Internal Revenue Code.
