Contributors. To participate in DNS-OARC as a Contributor, an applicant must meet the general requirements set forth in Section 2.3. All Contributors shall have the right to submit any information to DNS-OARC, subject to the confidentiality restrictions set forth in Section 6 below, but shall not have access to any information submitted by other DNS-OARC Participants.
