CONTROL AND INSPECTION. In order to control and ensure quality assurance, Chartered will have the right at all reasonable times and on reasonable notice, either by itself or through its auditors, to inspect the assembly lines, warehouse, facilities, equipment, materials, data, bill▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ systems connected with the Works, subject always to the confidentiality undertakings in Clause 17. STATS undertakes to make available all documentation and grant Chartered all necessary access rights for Chartered or its auditors to conduct audit as permitted under this Clause 7.
