Common use of Control of Common Area Clause in Contracts

Control of Common Area. (a) As used in this Lease, the term "Common Area" shall mean that part of the Building designated by Landlord as parking areas, sidewalks, landscaping, curbs, driveways, delivery passages, private streets and alleys, lighting facilities, and the like.

(a) As used in this Lease, the term "Common Area" shall mean that part of the Building designated by Landlord as for the common use of all tenants, which includes but is not limited to parking areasarea, sidewalks, landscaping, curbs, driveways, delivery passages, loading areas, private streets and alleys, lighting facilities, drinking fountains, meeting rooms, break rooms, locker rooms, public toilets, and the like.

Control of Common Area.
